The stay was such great; no complaints. Everything was excellent during 1 day, liked its particularly good and comfortable location close to nearby market area and other major parts of the city. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in case of questions. The breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was amazing. The free parking was under ground, great service.

The hotel is well located near bus arrivals and shopping malls. Rooms are clean, spacious and come with big comfortable beds. In-room amenities include a kettle and running hot water. Staff are generally friendly and offer luggage assistance upon arrival.

Guests have reported rude receptionists who pester for payment and sometimes do not honor early check-in arrangements made beforehand. Some amenities such as towels, tea bags, coffee sachets, and toilet rolls are not always available or provided in good condition. Some guests have also complained about the quality of the hotel food and cleanliness of the plates provided.

The room at Treebo Trend Sahara Suites was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hot water in the bathroom was always available, which was a nice touch. The large beds were also a plus, offering a good night's sleep.

This place made our Thanksgiving holiday incredible! the staff was really great and super friendly, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel very welcome. the location was superb, within walking distance of all the major shops and attractions. We particularly loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the fact that they allowed us to check out a little later than usual.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. Other than that, everything was just perfect.
